I am a trained NAMI family support group facilitator, and I currently co-facilitate a group twice a month.

NAMI family support group is a confidential peer-led support group for any adult with a loved one who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition.  Families join a caring group of individuals helping one another by utilizing their collective lived experience and learned wisdom.  Family members can achieve a renewed sense of hope for their loved one living with mental health challenges. This support group is free to participants.
